The Auckland Travel Show Moves to NZICC

The Auckland Travel Show is now set to take place on 9 and 10 May 2026 at the all-new New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) in Auckland’s city centre.

This move follows consultation with industry stakeholders and reflects the organisers’ commitment to better aligning the event environment and experience for both exhibitors and attendees. The NZICC provides a premium, contemporary venue that is consistent with the show’s focus on high-quality travel experiences and aspirational holiday inspiration.

The shift to a new venue and later date has been strongly supported by exhibitors and the new venue naturally lends itself to presentation theatres, food and wine experiences and contemporary sponsor activations that the organisers are developing.

Founder Rob Eliott says, “Our vision has always been to create a standout event for the travel industry—one that reflects the quality of the product on show. The NZICC offers a world-class setting that lifts the entire experience, and we’re excited to bring the 2026 event to this new home.”

The Auckland Travel Show will proudly feature destinations, tour companies, airlines, transport operators, travel agencies, and tourism retailers. Existing exhibitors and partners have been consulted already and are receiving priority placement within the new halls.
