Refund Policy

​Money Back Ticket Guarantee  ​

We are excited to be creating this new event for people passionate about travel and we are delighted to have you with us. So much so that, if following your visit to the event you feel dissatisfied with your experience, we will refund your ticket. You will simply need to apply through this site, answer a couple of questions to share your feedback with us, and we will refund your tickets. The link to apply for a ticket refund will be found on the website (travelshow.co.nz/guarantee) from 21 March 2025. 

  1. Terms & Conditions 

  2. Your ticket must have been scanned at entry to event (this activates the ticket). 

  3. Refunds will not include ticketing fees, bank or credit card fees.  

  4. Each ticket refund will need to be applied for separately, ticket number and proof of purchase supplied.  

  5. Ticket refunds must be made prior to 5pm Friday 28 March.  

  6. Tickets will be refunded via our ticketing agent.  

  7. Ticket refunds will be based on the amount paid for the ticket only, less ticketing and credit card fees. 

  8. Money Back Guarantee applies to tickets purchases through the website only.
